The University really values the role teachers have in supporting students who may be thinking of applying to Cambridge. A comprehensive guide for teachers, tutors and careers advisors on Cambridge applications is available via the admissions office pages. The University also runs a series of events for teachers providing up-to-date advice on Cambridge admissions.
The importance of A level subject choice cannot be emphasised too much – as an admissions interviewer nothing is more heartbreaking than seeing bright students have their applications rejected because they don’t have the right subjects to prepare them for University study. Please see the Post-16 choices section of the website for more details.
